"Car floor liners"
Im very happy with my purchase. I went to the dealership where i bought my car, and it is laser fit to the car, like a glove! I wanted a better coverage bec of snow and salt coming our way in New England. Its perfect! You can pull the liners out and vacuum underneath if you need to. Water that gets on the plastic liner, just wipe it out with towel. Thank you! I do recommend!

** Follow Up **
Chris from WeatherTech reached out to me after my post and two weeks later I received my refund. Thanks to Chris and Sandra. The product is still excellent but Cust Svc support could be improved.

Ordered mats from the Canada site over 5 weeks ago. Emailed them 10 days ago...No Reply. Called them last week, listened to their “we value your business” recording for twenty minutes before the recording said they were working from home and please leave a message, which I did...No Reply. It’s great to have a spiffy website and product videos but if you can’t follow up on Customer Service calls, you lose the trust of the consumer.

“Haha! Placed on hold with 165 callers ahead of me. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could try to call back tomorrow but they're really busy this time of year!”
